CONFERENCE REPORTS, REVIEWS, & PAPERS
H-Diplo commissions reports on select panels at academic conferences related to foreign relations and international history. In addition, H-Diplo posts conference papers and paper abstracts that their authors have generously granted us permission to distribute here. All conference papers appearing on this site remain under the copyright of their respective authors, while conference reports are copyrighted by H-Net: Humanities and Social Sciences Online.
Please note that all institutional affiliations listed were current as of the publication date of that report or paper.

Dear H-Diplo Members:
We are pleased to announce a new SHAFR/H-Diplo project. H-Diplo will be posting SHAFR conference papers and commentaries on the list so that our international membership of 3000 scholars, many of whom were unable to attend the conference, will have access to the latest scholarship in the field.
We have invited all participants in recent SHAFR conference at the University of Texas and the Lyndon Baines Johnson Presidential Library to submit electronic copies of their papers for posting on H-Diplo. We have also commissioned special conference reports. All posted conference reports and papers will be permanently archived on the H-Diplo webpage on this page and in the discussion logs.
We owe a special note of thanks to Professor Mark Lawrence of the University of Texas at Austin, who has been extraordinarily helpful and generous. Thanks also to H-Diplo moderator George Fujii, who organized our conference reports and acted as our H-Diplo man-on-the-spot.
Regards,
The H-Diplo List Editors
